JenJen Campbell lives in Centerville with her husband, sons Henry & Winston, and two dogs. Jen has been teaching preschool for ten years and has been part of the Fair Acres staff since 2008 and co-teaches in the older threes program. Her favorite theme to teach is "Art Appreciation." When Jen isn't teaching, she loves to bowl, knit, and volunteer at the MSPCA.

AninaAnina Theroux is originally from Hilo, HI but now resides in West Dennis. Anina received her bachelor's degree in fine arts from Bridgewater State College and has completed some graduate work in ABA therapy from UMASS Lowell. This is Anina's first year at Fair Acres. Prior to teaching at Fair Acres, Anina taught in Concord, MA for 7 years. In her free time, Anina loves playing with her son Jackson, painting, going to the beach, and snowboarding.

ErikaErika Gray lives in Marstons Mills and is returning to Fair Acres after taking a short break to get married and start a family. She previously worked in the Pre-K room for 4 years, and is now working in the Younger 3's room with Miss Anina. She has been working with children for 15 years and is so excited to be back!

SandySandy Del Negro received a bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island and a K-6th grade teaching certification from Roger Williams University. She also holds a preschool teacher certification and has been with Fair Acres since January of 2013. Sandy lives in Cotuit with her husband Dave, son Wyatt, and dog Bruno. She loves going to the beach, traveling and relaxing with family and friends.

TracyTracy Prete is originally from Arlington, MA. Tracy resides in Sandwich with her husband and three children. She has been teaching since 1992 and has been a teacher at Fair Acres since 2005. Tracy graduated from Becker College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. When Tracy is not teaching she enjoys watching the Bruins, taking walks on the beach, hanging out with her children and watching them play sports (hockey, baseball, & soccer.)

AshleyAshley Lawton is our new preschool teacher working alongside Tracy Prete. Ashley has received her B.A. in Early Childhood Education and Care from Bridgewater State University with minors in Special Education and Communication Studies. Ashley currently lives in Sandwich with her family. When she is not teaching, Ashley enjoys taking her dog Lola to the beach, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

LindaLinda Crawford joined Fair Acres in 2013 as a teacher in the Pre-K program. Linda is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and began her teaching career in the town of Harvard, MA. After relocating to Falmouth with her husband John, they began their own family and Linda was fortunate enough to be able to stay home for 10 years while raising their three boys. She returned to teaching in 2001 and has since taught preschool at multiple levels in both Mashpee and Falmouth. She is excited to be a part of the Fair Acres team and is looking forward to many years full of fun and learning!

JudyJudy Fligg joined our Fair Acres team working in the afternoon program and substituting and now works as a classroom teacher in our three year old program. Her education focused in Early Childhood Education and Psychology and she is EEC certified. She is a mother of five and moved to Cape Cod to raise her children here. As they grew older, she knew she wanted to get back into teaching the younger children. She feels that the preschool years are the most important to set the groundwork for the people who they will become and loves to teach and nurture them in the process.

KathleenKathleen Bailey is our new director along with Jodi Larsen. Kathleen has her B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Lesley University and is currently working to obtain her Master's degree from American International College. She has over 30 years experience as both a teacher and center director. Kathleen lives in Yarmouth with her son Seth and her daughter Madison, who is attending UMass Dartmouth. As a hockey mom, Kathleen doesn't have much spare time, but when she does, she enjoys playing with her dogs, crocheting and genealogy.
