Welcome to Fair Acres Summer Day Camp!

Thank you for choosing Fair Acres!  We have been working all winter preparing for the biggest and best summer camp season ever and we are so excited to have you as a part of our 2025 family!  Our goal is to create a positive experience that will last a lifetime for our campers and ensure a summer of “good ol’ camp fun”.  Fair Acres Summer Camp is open to all children ages 4 – 12 and will run for four 2 week sessions.  Summer camp officially opens on July 1st, which is the start of Session 1!

The program for the summer months has been designed to maximize the eight-plus acres that encompass Fair Acres. Our campus offers large green fields, fully equipped playgrounds, pickleball courts, basketball court, putting green, ball field, and plenty of woods for nature. We are also excited to bring back our popular GaGa pit this year. Our campers will enjoy teaming up with fellow campers for some friendly competition. Gross motor skills, strategy, and sportsmanship are a key part of this new camp favorite.

Throughout the summer, emphasis will be on friendships, memories, and also physical development through motor skills, arts & crafts, swimming, nature, music, and plenty of outside fun. Fair Acres camp buildings are spacious facilities that are utilized on rainy days and special activities.

Our campus also features spring-fed Shubael’s Pond.  Its sandy bottom and gradual depth are the perfect place to cool off on hot summer days. Our Red Cross certified lifeguards offer important swim safety instruction to ensure children are learning essential safety guidelines when down by the shores.

Fair Acres Summer Camp counselors are hand-selected, talented, and meet our high standards of excellence. Our staff is rigorously trained and thoroughly work to meet the individual needs of each camper.  Most of all, they are enthusiastic, energetic, and excited to play with your child to ensure they have the best summer ever!

2025 Summer Camp Dates:

• Session 1: 6/30-7/11
• Session 2: 7/14-7/25
• Session 3: 7/28-8/8
• Session 4: 8/11-8/22

Camp begins at 9 a.m. (drop-off between 8:15 and 9 a.m.) and ends at 3 p.m. (pick-up between 3 and 3:30 p.m.)

*Please note: August 22nd is our last day of camp, and we will be closing promptly at 1:00 pm.

2025 Summer Camp Rates:

• $965.00 Per Session (2 weeks)
• $820.00 Per Session (2 weeks) 2nd child

A $85.00 registration fee plus one session of camp tuition is due to secure your registration.

Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Your payment will be applied to your child’s last attending session.

The session(s) that your child is registered for are binding and payment will be due prior to the start of the session.

You will be invoiced by mail on June 1st, 2025 for the remaining sessions registered.

All camp session balances are due no later than June 15th, 2025.
